Repro Shabbat

Repro Shabbat Lunch and Learn
Following Services at Noon
Saturday, February 18th
at Temple Beth-El

Three years ago, the National Council of Jewish Women launched Repro Shabbat to highlight Reform Judaism’s support for reproductive freedom.

Repro Shabbat now takes place annually on the Shabbat when we read Parashat Mishpatim, a Torah portion that contains the verses commonly used as the foundation of Reform Judaism’s approach to reproductive health, rights and justice.

Many Jewish congregations across the country will be celebrating Repro Shabbat the weekend of February 17-18.

The San Antonio section of NCJW, together with Temple Beth El and Temple’s Sisterhood are excited to offer a Lunch & Learn session immediately following Shabbat services on Saturday, February 18th.

We are thrilled that Laura Terrill, the new President & CEO of Planned Parenthood of South Texas will speak with us and share a wonderful presentation on “De-Stigmatizing Abortion”.

Please join us (registration link below) even if you are unable to attend services or do not plan to order a lunch.
