NCJW will volunteer with AVANCE (part of the Early Head Start Program) to put together pre-school toys and education materials. The purpose of the program is to enhance children's physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development for school readiness; to support parents' efforts to fulfill their parental roles; and to help parents move toward self-sufficiency.
